Integra can structure Public Private Partnerships between governments and the private sector, and Foreign Direct Investments in developing, developed and Least Developed Countries (LDC) economies. Under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, governments and the private sector can collaborate to reduce carbon emissions only when governments prioritize the lowest energy and electricity prices from renewable energy that the private sector can deliver; provided generation, transmission and distribution costs are lower than fossil fuel energy, on the basis of 24/7 balanced energy supply.
